The Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager (TMM) newsletter was founded in the summer of 1999 and was originally called "The Walkthrough News". In the summer of 2002 the name was changed to "The Maintenance Manager" to better reflect it's mission.The mission of TMM is to provide strategies and resources to aid builders and community manager's to improve home and community values. In the spring of 2003 a special section was added to track SB 800 claims.
The Maintenance Manager is a quarterly publication and features articles and news that are seasonal in nature. Content is directed to developers/builders and community managers. The editor appreciates and welcomes input for changes and improvement. Most articles are topical in nature and reflect current events in the building and community management industries.
